چکیده

Traffic accidents have become a major issue for researchers, academia, government and vehicle manufacturers over the last few years. Many emergency situations frequently occur on road. Unfortunately, lead to health injuries, destruction of some infrastructure, bad traffic flow, more importantly these events cause deaths hundreds thousands people due not getting treatment in time. Thus, we need develop an efficient smart system ensure timely arrival ambulance service place accident order provide medical help those injured. In addition, also communicate promptly with other entities such as hospitals so that they can make appropriate arrangements information personnel scene including alerting related injured person(s). this paper, developed intelligent protocol uses connected autonomous vehicles' scenarios Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) prompt services be provided reduce death rate caused. The proposed smartly connects all relevant entitles during while maintaining smooth flow service. Moreover, our mitigates broadcasting messages circulating network delay sensitive tasks. evaluation results, based performance metrics channel collision, average packet delay, loss, routing-overhead demonstrate outperforms previously protocols Emergency Message Dissemination Vehicular (EMDV), Contention Based Broadcasting (CBB), Particle Swarm Optimization Contention-based Broadcast (PCBB) protocols. Finally, discuss several issues challenges addressed achieve reliable, efficient, connected, vehicular network.

Reliable Navigation for Autonomous Vehicles in Connected Vehicle Environments by using Multi-agent Sensor Fusion

The age of intelligent vehicles is here, and with the rise in autonomous navigation we face a new challenge in finding ways to increase the safety and reliability of navigation for autonomous vehicles in dynamically changing environments. To date, most methodologies in autonomous navigation mainly rely on the data feed from local sensors. However, erroneous measurements in sensor data might red...

Towards an Autonomous Vehicle Enabled Society :

There are numerous exciting benefits of autonomous vehicles, which are very much at the frontier of development of vehicular technology. The level of cyber security provided by autonomous vehicles is, however, less well understood. Cyberattacks against autonomous vehicles could have grave implications for safety, privacy, reputation of manufacturers, and public perception. We examine the threat...

RFID-Based Vehicle Positioning and Its Applications in Connected Vehicles

This paper proposed an RFID-based vehicle positioning approach to facilitate connected vehicles applications. When a vehicle passes over an RFID tag, the vehicle position is given by the accurate position stored in the tag. At locations without RFID coverage, the vehicle position is estimated from the most recent tag location using a kinematics integration algorithm till updates from the next t...

Benefits of V2V Communication for Autonomous and Connected Vehicles

In this paper, we investigate the benefits of Vehicleto-Vehicle (V2V) communication for autonomous vehicles and provide results on how V2V information helps reduce employable time headway in the presence of parasitic lags. For a string of vehicles adopting a Constant Time Headway Policy (CTHP) and availing the on-board information of predecessor’s vehicle position and velocity, the minimum empl...
